Who You Will Talk To
Ehap Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. After you send a request or call, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They talk with you about your bathroom and do any work you agree to.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a few simple questions. Having answers ready helps.
- What kind of project are you thinking about: walk-in tub, tub-to-shower conversion or walk-in shower?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat, grab bars or room for a walker?
- What is the size of your bathroom?
- Is your home a house or a condo?
- Photos or rough measurements, if you have them.
Don't worry if you lack some answers. The provider can help you work out the rest during the first conversation.
Questions Worth Asking
Do ask:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in Florida?
- Will you give a written quote with the full scope?
- What is the floor like, and how will it stay slip-resistant?
- How will you handle plumbing, drains and any wet-area repair?
- What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?
- If I live in a condo, can you help with approval steps?
Do not:
- Sign on the spot because of pressure.
- Move the plumbing yourself to "save time."
- Pay the full amount upfront without reading the terms.
Typical U.S. costs vary a lot by product and by how much the bathroom must change. A written quote is the only reliable number.
You Stay in Charge
A request does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, ask for changes or walk away. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy if that applies to you.
Prefer to Talk It Through?
Some people would rather speak to a person than fill out a form. That is fine. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.
