How to Share a Complaint or Concern

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Ehap Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Ehap Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Ehap Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ehap.property and include:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will review it, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
