How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about your project and your area. We pass that to an independent provider in our network who works near you. The provider then reaches out to talk about your needs and your bathroom.
What Happens After You Reach Out
After you send a request, a provider in our network may contact you by phone or email. Expect a few questions about your bathroom, who will use it, and what you hope to change. Take your time with the answers. You can compare more than one written quote if you like. Nothing is decided until you say yes to a provider directly.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers in our network to:

- Explain options in plain language.
- Give a written quote before work starts.
- Be honest about what fits your space.

What We Do Not Do

- We do not promise a result, a schedule or an insurance outcome.
If a policy might help with a sudden loss, check it yourself. Providers can often help document the problem for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Ehap Walk-In Tubs to send a request. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. That is how the service runs. It does not change your right to compare quotes and say no.
