Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Ehap Walk-In Tubs wants ehap.property to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a provider, or email contact@ehap.property and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us on your behalf.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@ehap.property and include:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped to see
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep making it easier to use.
Tell us what happened
Request an estimate and tell us about your bathroom. A local provider in our network can follow up with next steps. Prefer to talk? Request a callback to check availability.
